Getting Started

You can do it!Training at CrossFit Beyond Sport is not like training at your typical gym or health club. Our coaching philosophy stems from our roots in martial arts instruction. Motivation alone will not get you through this program. You must be ready to change your life, no matter how tough it gets, no looking back except to measure your progress!
We hold GROUP INTRO CLASSES and PRIVATE INTRO CLASSES that will give you access to our coaching style and methods… and will give you a taste for yourself of what exactly it means for you… what it’s like to take part, be a member, get coached, and train/workout as part of our community. There are two main parts to the intro. The first part is an overview of CrossFit training and membership with CrossFit Beyond Sport. The second, is a full-on CrossFit workout. Show up ready with workout clothes, water bottle,and maybe a towel. You want to be “checked-in” both mentally and physically. Be ready to learn (like a classroom) and participate (like a gym)!
Group Intro classes are being scheduled on a continuing basis.
